Scott is a commercial real estate valuation and development specialist with more than 20 years of experience and over $400 million in completed projects across industrial, office, and multifamily sectors. As Managing Broker and co-owner of Northshore Realty and a Partner at Glacier Development Partners, he leads valuation, asset identification, and development strategy, helping clients make informed investment decisions and optimize transaction outcomes.
Scott formerly served as Vice President of Wapato Point Management Company and co-founded Schuchart Hutchinson, with a strong focus on investor relations and project delivery. He serves on the board of the Lake Chelan Community Center.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Arizona and lives in Manson, Washington, where he enjoys skiing, fishing, and lake activities.

Ronan is an operations and finance leader with over twenty years of experience driving growth and transformation across real estate, technology, and consulting. As Partner at Glacier Development Partners, he leads financial strategy, operational execution, and investment analysis across commercial development, brokerage, and business transactions.
Ronan previously held senior roles at Sia Partners, Loft9 Consulting, Microsoft, and founded multiple ventures. His transaction experience spans deal values from $75,000 to $17 million, bringing a disciplined, data-driven approach to valuation, due diligence, and client advisory.
He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Applications from Dublin City University, is a Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt, and serves as a Fire Commissioner and volunteer firefighter with Manson Fire. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and lake activities.
